Pisago - App Privacy Policy

Pisago ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Pisago mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App.

By using Pisago, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Pisago collects only the minimal information necessary to provide and operate the application.

Firebase Authentication

The App uses Google Firebase Authentication to manage user login and account security. Firebase may process certain data in order to provide these services.

5. Data Storage and Security

User account data, including email addresses, is stored securely using Firebase services provided by Google.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

However, no electronic storage system or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the services of the App.

Users can delete their account and associated data directly within the App through the account settings.

When an account is deleted, the associated personal data, including the user’s email address, will be permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law.
